Welcome to House Victoria. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

House Victoria is a UK-based party shop offering high-quality disposable partyware and decorations.

2. Use of Website

  • By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.

 
3. Products & Availability

  • We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but slight variations in colour, design, or packaging may occur.

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative.

 
4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT at the standard UK rate unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

 
5. Orders & Contract

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

  • A contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

    • Payment is not authorised.

    • The product is unavailable.

    • There has been an error in pricing or description.

 
6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched from the UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Once goods have been delivered, responsibility passes to you.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law.

  • To request a return, you must contact us first at info@housevictoria.co.uk. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

  • Personalised or customised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographs.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 
9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of House Victoria and protected by copyright.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or products for commercial purposes without permission.

 
10. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

  • Our products are intended for single use unless otherwise stated.
