1. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • During peak times (such as Christmas, Easter, or promotional periods), dispatch may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

 
2. UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Fully tracked with delivery confirmation.

  • Cost: from £3.50 (exact cost calculated at checkout).

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Fully tracked with delivery confirmation.

  • Cost: from £5.50.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracked services include a tracking number, provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once handed to Royal Mail.

 
4. Packaging

  • All orders are packed with care to ensure products arrive safely and beautifully presented.

  • Wherever possible, we use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging.

 
5. Delays & Responsibility

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

  • Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery is completed.

 
6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order does not arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@housevictoria.co.uk.

  • Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of dispatch.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
